History: Xander was a very powerful hollow, consuming many hollows. He did this for years, even when he reached the point where he could no longer get any stronger. Soon he met Aizen and became an arrancar.
Current Whereabouts: Human World
Personality: Xander is a bit strange being a little moody. He is arrogant, cruel, twisted, and a little insane. He can be very playful in a cruel way. He loves to play games. He can also be happy and easygoing, but not for long.
Abilities:

-Skilled at both close and long ranged attacks

Story: Xander became the 9th espada by killing the previous one. He wasn't happy to his previous rank resulting in what he did. He doesn't really have anyone in his fraccion, since nobody can stand him, and previous espada's fraccion would not accept him. Xander is one of the only people that Echo has opened up to. He ends up taking his emotions out on Echo, kind of bullying her. Since she doesn't really react much to it, he gets bored. Xander has been very restless since the downfall of Aizen. Many of the espada's that he once knew were now gone, leaving only him and Devon as the only espadas. Xander went to the human world to play around in since Los Noches felt too big and empty. He is now causing some trouble in the human world. One of his favorite hobbies is to bully weak shinigami that come to the human world but he usually ends up killing them most of the time.
Relationships:
Echo: His "friend" usually on the recieving end of his moods. Echo is also the only one in his fraccion

Spirit and Shikai: Latigo Psicoticos
Name: Latigo Psicoticos
Type: Both close and long range attacks
Characteristics: The blade is a little jagged, but is very sharp. The blade is also white, with a round black hilt with a white sheathe.
Shikai: Releases into a chain whip type weapon you see in the picture above, except it's white and has a large crescent blade on the end.
His resureccion form is a white mask appearing over his eyes like his spirit. His chain whip becomes more jagged with spikes appearing along the chain. He attacks by swinging the whip and wrapping it around his opponent and pulling, ripping his opponent'd body apart. He becomes even stronger than his usual power, but can lose control.
