Personality: Raine tries very hard not to make enemies cause she was brought up being taught that hating people is not something you should do. She also goes out of her way to protect those she cares about.
Story: Raine was in a military academy with Ferra and they were best of friends. After sometime in the academy Raine actually joined the army until she decided to become a Merc. During her days in the army she was infected with something that causes her eyes to turn red and raises her physical/mental abilities in combat. After hearing the rumors of the Daisuke getting involved she got worried and headed to check up on her lazy cousin.

Ferra: She considers Ferra a friend, even if she flirts at some...inconvenient times.
