History: Rico was born into the lessser noble Usami Family and was raised to be a shinigami. The Usami family has produced a shinigami every generation. She grew up learning everything she would need to know. She was sent to the academy and was quick to elevate through the ranks at the school. When she graduated she went to the 10th division under it's captain Tsukino Shira. She became the Lieutinant. She was sent to the human world to monitor and protect the child that held ichigo's soul. She has a gigai that ages in order to prevent any suspician. She's constantly fallowing mara who believes she is a stalker.
