Help Us Please...

Sai was gonna play AC Brotherhood, when it wouldn't let her. It said the trophies weren't synched or whatever and I've been trying to log into the PSN but it keeps saying 'You cannot sign in using another user's sign-in ID' when its our ID. And so I tried fixing it by changing to password but it keeps saying the same thing and when I try to change the email adress via internet it says the site is in mantenance mode. The PS people has said its the network has been in maitenance mode but that was like since April. Is it STILL in maintenance mode?

Has this happened to anyone else here too?

you have to create another sub account the very first thingy on the playstation menu with user 1 blahdy blah make another account then go and "sign up for psn" and click use excisting acount

Okay so made the new account, but I don't have like ALL my data. Like my trophies and stuff. How do I transfer that to my new account?

....did you make the account as an existing account? and log in with the imoogle ?

On the PSnetwork, forget, they'll forever be in maintenance mode. Go on your PS3, Account management (near the end), try to log in, say forgot password, and ask them to resend you the password directly from you main ser account. They'll send you a link via the email you signed up with. Remake your account password after.

Then, log into your PS3 account imoogle101 with your new password, go in friends, find you own account, click on it to load/synch your tropgies (may take several minutes) then you're good to go :)

Yeah, but not all the data is there. :(
And I tried that. Is it synch with server? Because everyone time I do it, it's not all my tropies. D: And I did change my password and I was able to log in to the new user thing I made, but when I tried logging in on my orignal user, it wouldn't let me. D: And thats were ALL my data is, like saved progress for all my games and ALL my trophies.

For your old account, try logging in, you'll see it wont let you, find the button that directly says resent password

Yeah, I was able to log in, on the new user that I made, but not on my original one that has all our save data and trophies.
