Lost Universe 2.0

Lucifer and Shizu:

Lucifer placed his feet on the floor as they began to near Mars. It's large red terrain neared as they entered the atmosphere. Lucifer headed the ship towards the large city of ReJudo.
"My oh my how it has changed," he said as they flew over the city.
The layout of the city was completely different from the original, but it was still about the same size. They headed to the docking point and was quickly admitted. Lucifer stepped of the ship with a grin on his face. Shizu followed after him quietly. As they walked through the terminal a news broadcast was being aired. It showed some images of an explosion the people rambling on about it.
"How interesting," Lucifer stated grinning even more.

Denzel:

As master Leonelli emerged from the religious establishment, Denzel closed her internal browser, and walked briskly next to the man, making sure that only two people were anywhere near the man, Lucy de Luca and Giovanni, two people she knew to be harmless. The three boarded the vehicle that pulled up, and Denzel stood quietly as the car began pulling away. She bent forward slightly, allowed the large metallic extensions on her back to lift up, and activated some sort of booster. She leapt high into the air, taking flight exactly thirty feet above the vehicle that carried her master, and set up a link betwee herself and the speaker system in the car, adjusting them slighgtly, and allowing for audio input, as well as output.

Somewhere, far off in a corner of some ship, orbiting a planet that seemed at peace for a moment, a mysterious figure watched over the chaos that had taken place in the capital city below. Explosion after explosion, people being mutilated, crushed and maimed, ripped in half and burnt to death. These were the things this figure was watching. These were the crimes that some scoundrel had taken upon himself to execute against the innocent. This was the inexcusable act that drove the figure to investigate. This was the straw that broke the camel's back.

"wow"Koi stated,observing the massacre from a distance.

Luckily for her and Train they'd gotten away from those stupid crowds in time.Seeing this she wasn't sure how she felt,she wasn't shocked in horror,but not intirely indiffernt.From what she could hear the voice sounded like another crazy terriost.

Train and Koi:

"Good thing we got out of there in time." Train added, finally letting go of Koi's wrist. He soon slowed to a stop and turned around to watch the chaos unfold. It was entertaing.

Alviss and Koko:

Out of nowhere, an explosion occured. Alviss quickly grabbed Koko's hand and hid under the table for cover. Then after a few moments, screams could be heard. He quickly got out from under the table along with Koko, and looked on at the destruction. Why was this happening?

OOC: Umm... Maybe I should have specified that the attack was soley around the facility the governor was at? So you must all be really close...

ooc: Maybe they're all really into politics, DL, don't be so judgemental.

Mrs. Daljit finished her conversation with judge Carter & had just flipped closed her cellphone as the captain of the armed respose unit approached her.

"Ma'am," he addressed. "We've set up a perimeter around the area & secured the interior of the building. There are a few casualties inside with minor injuries from glass & falling objects, & paramedics are taking care of them.
"No one's been allowed in or out, we're managing to keep the press at bay for now, but they're demanding a statement."

Daljit narrowed her eyes, "There's no sign of the culprit, then?" She asked, gratuitously.

"Afraid not, Ma'am. Though it is possible that it's an inside job. The truth is that it could be anyone, the whole city knew that Mr. Valenor would be here at this exact time today."

She reflected on this for a moment, what the captain said was disturbing, yet indisputably true.

"Ma'am?" Urged the captain.

"Very good," she said, jolted back to reality. "Let the survivors leave for now, but I want a positive ID made on all of them, pending investigation.
"We need someone to clean up this mess as well," she gestured at the mutilated carcasses surrounding them. "Hopefully we'll be able to release the bodies to their families without any mistakes," she said, doubtfully. The captain's expression reflected her sentiment.

"I'll deal with the press," she added, changing the subject, & made away from the courtyard. The stench of blood & entrails was making her want to throw up.

Governor Valenor:

They had at last arrived at the offices. There were people rushing everywhere trying to do jobs, impeded at every turn by what looked to be three times the usual security. He quickly made his way to his office to begin preparing the speech he would have to give later, explaining to the public what had happened and attempt to reassure them.

Like he could do that, when he was powerless to help them.

He had barely set pen to paper, however, when there was a knock at the door and a dour man in a grey suit entered, followed by his secretary who introduced him as Judge Carter, here to administer the Oaths.

"Very well, call in three senior clerks to bear witness," Governor Valenor replied. When they had arrived, the judge gave the long list of Oaths, to which the Governor gave the ceremonial responses, before all preOent signed the documents which formalised his ascent to the seat of Governor.

"Thankyou," Governor Valenor said, the weight of his office already showing on his face as he considered the tasks ahead of him. The Judge left quietly, again leaving the Governor to face the sucking void of a blank piece of paper as he wondered how best to tell the city it still wasn't safe.

Ooc: Me too.

(ooc: I can go back and edit my posts if you'd like. I just thought that an attack like that would be rather noticable around the city)

OOC: Nah, it just means you're in the vacinity. You don't have to get involved if you don't want, just decide to slope off or whatever. Or go wander over, it's up to you :p

Daisuke & Raine & Kyoko

Daisuke frowned. Here went Raine again, being her bitchy little self, as usual.

"You know... being a little brat aint going to make me get there any faster..." he replied to her.

Daisuke turned the directions of his front wheel, did a completely 360 at full speed and zoomed on the highway, in direction of the airport.

He closed communication with Raine. Right after, his phone rang again.

"What?!" he hissed.

At the other end of the line, Kyoko grimaced.

"WHAT'DYA MEAN WHAT? WHAT THE HELL IS YOUR PROBLEM?!" she yelled.

Daisuke grind his teeth. Just what he needed: the other painful woman in his life. With Raine and Kyoko, he almost missed Millie.

Kyoko growled "Anyway, listen. There was a bombing down town. Autorities want you on the case. Also, Edmundo is probably already there" she went on in a calmer tone.

Daisuke rolled his eyes. This was strating to be a fucking painful day.

Claire & co

Clair heard his fiance faintly speak.

"Why?" he asked. "Can't face the father who abandonned you?" he sarcastically said, closing his eyes in a relaxed manner.

Giovanni stood back, looking at Lucy behind his sunglasses. He pitied the girl really, but couldnt scold Clair.

Maiyu:

Maiyu watched as the two just sat there. It seemed this Claire guy must be really important if he was surrounded by so many guys. She began to wonder how big and important the mafia really was.

Koi glanced at him in confusion,really she should be use to it by now.

"Do you take anything seriously?" she asked, taking lead contuing the walk.No doubt police will probably swarm this place,soon and she didn't want to get caught up in that.

Train and Koi:

"Nope." Train replied, shrugging and shaking his head. He then speedened up to match Koi's pace.

Lucy and Claire:

Lucy bit her lip angrily as she continued to stare out the window. That man didn't even deserve to be called her father after all he's done. Or to be correct what he hasn't. Lucy then clenched her fists and just remained silent. She couldn't wait to get out of here.

Sai and Co.:

Sai continued to wait patiently when everything suddenly got hectic. She stepped to the side and watched as officers answered phones, leaving and entering and so on. From the sound of things there had been an explosion.

OOC: Hey mina.... I'd like to know who will continue to play their characters in this rp?

OOC: I'm ready and waiting, I was just waiting to have time to get it started, since a certain other admin is too lazy to do anything...
